100-day money-back guarantee

Try MyndMed for up to 100 days. If you're not happy with it for any reason, we'll refund the full price of the product, whether the bottle is opened or unopened.

The guarantee covers every order: one-time purchases, subscription orders and the 14-Day Discovery Pack. It runs for 100 days from the day your order arrives.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@bioadaptives.com within 100 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the email address you ordered with.

You don't need to send anything back.

Refunds

We refund the price you paid for the product to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your request. Shipping costs are not refunded. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post the refund. If you haven't seen it after 15 business days, email us at info@bioadaptives.com.

Subscriptions

The guarantee applies to each subscription order. A refund doesn't cancel future deliveries; to stop them, manage your subscription in your account at account.clearmynd.com, or email us and we'll do it for you.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@bioadaptives.com right away and we'll make it right.
